Cancellation Policy
1. All clients has a right to cancel an appointment not later then 48 h before an appointment is due. Non-refundable deposit is required for some appointments. 2. Outstanding balance can be paid by cash or by card in person or by link send by Healing by Joanna if the appointment will be on-line or by Phone/WhatsApp. 3. If the appointment has been cancelled by client 48h before session , already paid DEPOSIT is not refundable but can be use for next appointment. 4. DEPOSIT will be fully refunded if appointment will be cancelled by Healing by Joanna. 4. If appointment has been cancelled TWICE you will not be able to book future appointments. 5. Please be aware that, appointment can't be reschedule more then once !
