Zasady rezygnacji

1. All clients has a right to cancel an appointment not later then 48 h before an appointment is due. Non-refundable deposit must be paid to book an appointment. 2. Outstanding balance can be paid by cash or by card in person or by link send by Healing by Joanna if the appointment will be on-line or by Phone/WhatsApp. 3. If the appointment has been cancelled by client, already paid DEPOSIT can't be use for next appointment. 4. DEPOSIT will be fully refunded if appointment will be cancelled by Healing by Joanna. 4. If appointment has been cancelled or reschedule TWICE you will not be able to book future appointments. Please be aware that, appointment can't be reschedule more then once !
